We are a committee of Stonemeade home owners who have volunteered to address drainage and erosion issues in our neighborhood. We meet on the first Thursday of every month.

Jim Bartoo

Jim Bartoo has been the director of marketing and public relations at Nashville Zoo since 1999 and a Stonemeade home owner since 2000. Before coming to Nashville, Jim spent seven years marketing the Columbus Zoo in Columbus, OH. Jim’s wife, Carole works as a nurse practitioner for Vanderbilt’s Center for Quality Aging. They have two daughters (Emma, 22 and Grace, 17). Jim will be working on communications for EPAC.

Kyle Craddock

Kyle Craddock was born in Columbus Mississippi. He attended Center College in Danville, Kentucky where he majored in Economics and minored in Philosophy. He then returned to Mississippi to attend the University of Mississippi School of Law (Ole Miss). While in law school, Kyle married his college sweetheart and upon graduation they moved to Nashville in 2004. Kyle and his wife, Caitlin, moved into the Stonemeade neighborhood in 2007. Kyle is engaged in the active practice of law, focusing on almost exclusively on bankruptcy proceedings. Kyle plans on bringing his legal review skills to the committee as well as conducting research on potential issues that may arise from the committee’s discussions and neighborhoods decisions.

Amanda Deaton-Moyer

Amanda and her family moved into the neighborhood in April of 2014. Amanda serves as the Chief Finance Officer for Metro Water Services. Prior to her present post she was the City Manager of Forest Hills. Amanda brings her experience in municipal government and specifically, storm water to the EPAC team. Amanda and her husband have two children, Elias (4) and Jane (1) , a dog Griffey, and two black cats Apollo and Newton. We love the neighborhood for the kind people, mature trees, and walkability.

Steve Fleckenstein

Steve and his wife, Pam, have lived in Stonemeade for about 17 years, and have two daughters, Katy and Eva. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and also has an MBA from Mercer University. His experience includes approximately 25 years in technical and industrial sales and marketing management, including industry research and business case development and proposals. With his background in research and business case development in technical industries, he will assist the Council with research projects, potential grant and other funding development, and general inquiries into ways and best practices to fund our Erosion control projects.

George Law

George and his family have lived in Stonemeade since 1998. He and his wife Jennifer have 3 children, two girls and a boy. George works for the United State Geological Survey (USGS) which has a nationwide presence in all 50 states. At the Nashville office, his main duties are maintaining equipment that measures the amount of streamflow in a river or stream at any given time and the amount of rainfall that has occurred at the site of the equipment. His scientific specialty is in the field of rainfall and streamflow runoff.

Terrie Van Burren

Terrie has been an an original homeowner from 1993. She is an RN and has over 35 years in healthcare administration and manages a patient safety organization of a large hospital company. Terrie will be organizing the committee’s meetings and direction.
